Shiitake, Spicy Ginger Dressing

This light and zingy dressing packs a punch! The chilli brings the heat, while our Shiitake Mushroom Powder boasts numerous amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Recent research shows that this ‘shroom contains a cholesterol-reducing agent that may assist with cardiovascular health.

Pair this healthy dressing with any Asian inspired dishes for a fiery kick!


Ingredients

  • 1 small minced garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ small chilli,
  • 1 teaspoon Zoi Shiitake Mushroom Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of tamarind
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 small piece of ginger minced
  • Some fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together and let them combine for 10 minutes. enjoy!

Keeps for 5 days in the fridge.
