Perfect to sip on throughout the day, peppermint oil has also been shown to relieve fatigue and daytime sleepiness in some studies. Maitake mushroom can help fight against the symptoms of fatigue as well, and drastically improve the brain function.
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon of Zoi Maitake Mushroom Powder
- Boiling water
- Ice cubes ( optional )
- Add the fresh peppermint and Zoi Maitake Mushroom Powder to a heat-safe glass jug
- Add boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes
- Transfer the tea to a glass jug or bottle
- Refrigerate until cold
- Serve with ice cubes
