Matcha Lion’s Mane Smoothie/Bowl

This smoothie is a winner for a natural energy hit, increased focus and concentration. Matcha boosts energy and concentration, plus, it’s full of immune supporting antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Lion’s Mane contains a notable source of bio-active compounds such as beta-glucans and hericenones. Beta-glucans and hericenones have been shown to have a positive impact on memory, concentration, and cognitive function!


  • 1 cup of mylk of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of Zoi Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder


  1. Pour ingredients into a blender, spin at high speed until smooth, pour in a glass or garnish with nuts, seeds and coconut chips in a bowl
