- 1/2 banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- ½ fresh mango or equivalent frozen
- ½ small avocado
- 2 tablespoons of quick oats
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of Zoi Chaga Mushroom Powder
- 80ML of mylk of your choice
- Pour ingredients into a blender, spin at high speed until smooth, pour in a glass or garnish with nuts, seeds and coconut chips in a bowl
