Mango Chaga Smoothie/Bowl

Packed with protein, this tropical and thirst quenching smoothie is perfect for refuelling your body post-workout.

Chaga mushroom can be a powerful super ‘shroom for athletes, or anyone wanting to keep healthy and active. Exercise, especially intense or long duration forms, can create a lot of free-radicals in the body which can cause damage. Chaga is potent with antioxidants, and can help fight against oxidative stress!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ½ fresh mango or equivalent frozen
  • ½ small avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of quick oats
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of Zoi Chaga Mushroom Powder
  • 80ML of mylk of your choice

Method

  1. Pour ingredients into a blender, spin at high speed until smooth, pour in a glass or garnish with nuts, seeds and coconut chips in a bowl
